DR. (BRIG) A K DHAR
Clinical Director and Head, Medical Oncology
Dr (Brig) A K Dhar is a veteran medical oncologist with over 35 years of experience in treating solid tumors & malignancies. He is a post-doctoral fellow from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He has been credited with many awards in the field of Medical Oncology.
He has been instrumental in establishing premier oncology centers across the country, including Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi, and Command Hospital, Pune. His extensive service in the Armed Forces Medical Services earned him the prestigious Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India.
He is known for mentoring and teaching medical students as Post Graduates MUHS, Pune and Delhi University, shaping future generations of oncologists.
